Q. How does this promotion work?

  1. Spend $15 on Participating Snacks in one transaction.

  2. Register or log in to this website.

  3. Upload a photo of your receipt.

  4. Receive a S'ip by S'well® in the mail!

Q. What is the time frame for uploading my receipt from date of purchase?
A. The purchase date must be during the promotion period of 12/15/19 - 4/30/20 for your receipt to be considered eligible.
Q. Will a credit card receipt be accepted?
A. Sorry, unfortunately we cannot accept credit card receipts because they don't show enough detail for us to verify your purchases.
Q. My receipt is too long to fit in one photo. What should I do?
A. If your receipt is too long you may fold your receipt accordion style to only show the participating General Mills snacks. Keep in mind that your receipt must be folded in such a way that it still shows the retailer name, purchase date/time, and purchase total.
Q. How many offers can I get?
A. You can claim 2 offers per household. Any attempt by any participant to claim more than 2 offers by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that participant's offer and may disqualify that participant. Bear in mind that fraudulent activity such as this may violate federal or state laws.
Q. Can I choose the color of my water bottle?
A. Sorry, but due to the nature of our inventory we cannot allow participants to choose which color water bottle they receive. Regardless the color you receive, we're positive that you will love your S'ip by S'well® water bottle!
Q. Why does my receipt need to be reviewed?
A. Our security team reviews all receipts to not only verify your purchases and make sure you've met the requirements to receive the offer, but to counter any fraudulent activity.
Q. How will I know if I got the offer?
A. We'll send you an email within 48-72 hours of your upload once your receipt has been approved to let you know how if you'll be receiving a S'ip by S'well® water bottle. Please be patient! Offers can take 8-10 weeks past the program end to be fulfilled.
Q. I think I'm having technical issues. What should I do?
A. Try these troubleshooting tips:
1. Make sure you're using the most up to date version of your browser.
2. Check to see that JavaScript is enabled in your browser settings.
3. Clear your browser's cookies and cache.
Q. I have recently moved or updated my email address. Can I change my registration information for this promotion?
A. We apologize for any inconvenience, but due to the number of entries we receive in each promotion, we are unable to change registration information. If you have any further questions, please fill out the form below so we may assist.
Q. Why can't I use a P.O. Box address to register?
A. Your home address allows us to identify your residence for eligibility purposes and allows us to send your S'ip by S'well® water bottle to the right place.
